Question about HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My C6280 used to do photo reprints -- like a copy of a 4x6 picture would print properly on a 4x6 piece of photo paper. Now it shrinks it and prints it the wrong orientation on the paper, and I cannot find a setting anywhere to fix it.

SOURCE: I am trying to scan
I had purchased a new computer that ran on Windows Vista. I was able to go onto the HP support and found out that the scan button would not work because the printer was purchased before Windows Vista operating system came out even though the printer and copier part worked fine. HP support offered two solutions and the one that worked for me was to:
Click Windows Icon
From Scanner or Camera
