Sometimes, the electrical power is interrupted and the computer goes down. The transformer is ok. And somebody told me that I have to replace the motherboard and the processor. Do you think this advice could be correct?

No, that sounds like your battery is dead, the laptop should stay powered on even if the charger is removed, unless the battery is dead.

If the issue remains with a new battery, actually I would recommend that you take this to a local professional for a checkup as I wouldn't want you to buy a new battery incase there really is a mainboard problem.

My imperial hot tub says dcp, whay does this mean?

dCP DC power. The system checks for DC power at the relay (master control relay). Error code dCP is displayed if an error is found. This message can appear after a power interruption or lightning storm. This must be repaired by a service technician if the problem persist. This Is Our Translation: dCp is meant to basically mean the board didn't receive proper power from the transformer. As mentioned, it could be incoming power to your home, could be the transformer itself, or could be the board. This Is Our Suggestion: Our experience is rarely is it local electrical service, never the transformer, and almost ALWAYS the board itself.
Sometimes the board just fails and goes to that error. If you have a small circulation pump, then accept that fate.
If you have a large, 2 speed pump behind the control box (rather than the smaller circulation pump) the fault can simply be, like those with a small circ pump, a failed board that needs replacing. I have also found often these larger 2 speed pumps vibrate so much over time, besides being loud, can vibrate enough to damage the board. If turning the spa off and then back on eliminates the dCP error, then you can retrofit a method to help silence the noise and eliminate damage to the board. See link below. If the board is damaged and know know that pump was loud or vibrated a lot, you will have to replace the board and do the noise dampening adjustment to avoid doing this again.

What is wrong with my water softener Autotrol 740 Electrical problem?

if there is a bridge rectifier or diodes directly down line of the transformer i would suspect it is bad.. put an inline fuse also on the primary side of the transformer and wouldn't hurt to put a fuse on the secondary also if the transformer only has two wires for the secondary..

Home stereo Phillip 708/37 is not getting power.i was told that I need to replace the you advise me how?

maybe not, are the fuses ok ? check fuses, make sure they are ok, also some transformers has a thermistor in between the winding of the transformer in series with the primary winding. Phillip do make their transformers with that kind of protection, just in case the transformer over heat it shuts down. examine the transformer look for the thermistor it is open.

The wireless is ok but if theres black out when the power is back my wireless is not working

First I suggest you get a UPS and attach ALL your devices on battery backup. Power surges/power interruptions could be detrimental to your electronics. After a Power Interruptions ALL your devices may have to be rebooted one by one, allowing each to selftest. If you live where the power goes off often or electrical storms are common, it's crucial to use Surge protectors and a Universial Power Supply.

Which the voltage of the transformer to be replaced

Your clock has a backup battery. Battery is for time backup only.

The clock and alarm memory will

be retained during a power

interruption. During battery

backup operation, the display

will not light up, but the correct
time will be maintained internally
The mains transformer inside it will be of 10.2vAC secondary to 120VAC primary. OK.

I have a Goodman GMP075-3. Worked OK on A/C.

I come across this one a lot. You need to switch the wires at power cord.
  1. Pull power out
  2. follow the cord* back to the furnace
  3. Open the front door
  4. There should be a small metal box where the cord leads to inside the furnace
  5. Open that up
  6. Take the electrical tape off
  7. Pay attention to which wire goes where
  8. Switch the two wires around
If you still got problems ill walk you through it over the phone

Pfaff 1475 CD. Intermittant Power On.

The typical rebuild on this board is done by replacing the 22 micor farrad caps. There are 3 or 5 of them depending if it is new or old style. Note: the power to the sew lamp goes straight from the motor to the lamp, the power to the control panel goes from the motor to the main board (base plate) then to the control panel. If you get the LED's on occasion then it is not the transformer or fuses in the base plate but simply the caps. Sometimes you can just scrape off the electrolytic gel that has oozed out of the caps off of their teminals, but replacing them is the best.
A Pfaff dealer can get a core credit for your board if you take it in. You shouldn't have to pay more than $200-$300 for a rebuilt base plate.

Tv wont turn on

The sound can be called screaming from the power supply,it senses a short and creates a frequency you can hear, the set has a problem and it needs to be repaired,I will check the horizontal out put transistor for a short, sometimes it goes bad without a reason and sometimes the high voltage transformer is also bad and both have to be replaced but first the transistor only if it goes bad again then you replaced the transformer too.Seek assistance from a servicer if you are not too familiar with tv service,it can be dangerous.
