First Option: mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems... just try the following.. connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)... found out whether it is charging or not... if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)... if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging IF Charging Problem not Solved So

you can take the phone apart again and gently pull the pins slightly out of the connector enclosure with a sewing pin. this could ensure proper contact due to the metal's elasticity (would have them act like a spring)
You didn't told me that if your cell phone is under warranty. But i will take it as that it is under warranty . You should contact LG priority dealer or to that person form you have purchased the cell phone they will repair your phone free of cost and you will get it back within 5-6 days.
you could cut the plug of your battery chrger and take the wires black and red wires and take the battery and touch the black wire to the negitive side and red to the postive there should b 4 gold bars (were u touch the wires to) u need to use the outside two not the midle ones then tape them down not covering the middle ones with tape put the battery in the phone and tape it make sure the middle gold bars arnt being touch it will not work
