If you are downloading from some "download manager" then it must have expired so it is asking you for its product code.
1. Download some other download manager. [ Recommended ]
Try Download Accelerator Plus. It's a freeware. Here is the download link:
2. Renew/Buy the download manager that you have.
I hope this solves your problem. But if not then... Please inform me if you are not using any download manager or some software other than the internet browser to download your file, and if it happens with all you files or only some particular file downloading from some particular website.
