Question about SanDisk Sansa Fuze MP3 Player

2 Answers

I have two sansa fuzes and when I tried to renew my subscription tracks neither will renew. I can transfer songs and my membership is current. I have been on the phone with tech support in India for hours to no avail. I do notice when updating there is a blue line that usually goes through the whole line at the bottom of the screen and it is not completing. It also stalls when refreshing and then shows the same thing. I need to connect to my pc to renew my subscription tracks.

I would check your cable for one and then test a few things.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Common problem with this unit - if you have a good virus protection program, use Limewire and only download tracks that are in mp3 format

That means you will need to transfer one track to your device from rhapsody..the songs you have from rhapsody has a license in them...the licenses get renew every month..that means if you discontinue your service, you are not going to be able to play those songs...just try to transfer one track from rhapsody to your device and that will solve your problems...

Synchronize MP3

In order to play your song you will need to try to transfer one track to that device...once you do that all the songs should acquire new licenses...you need to transfer tracks to your device once a month in order to play the songs...you should be able to play your purchased tracks....if not you might need to format the device inside WMP....then you need to check the licenses on your purchased tracks to make sure they dont have any restrictions...if you have any questions...computerrep@gmail.com

Synchronize to continue your music subscription

first you must format the player using msc mode then after that retransfer the songs to the player. If you are receiving this message it means that the songs on the player have expired. This is normal if you download the songs off rhapsody, napster or any online music stores and if you have ripped songs iwht copy protect music on it if you ripped them using windows media player 10.
