1. Open front door of printer
2. Each cartridge is colored coded to correspond to the toner color shown on the small dislay screen which displays empty or low toner for each color.
3. Remove that cartridge and replace with a new one. Make sure cartridge is seated in printer then close door and make sure it closes flush with the printer gbody otherwise the sensors will think door is open and not allow printer to operate.
If you are not using a samsung manufactured cartridge there is an additionl procedure o turn off the flshing red light on the front nel. Post another question if that is the case.
When the green lamp constantly blinking this mean one or both print head are defective. Here we can find which cartridge is defective.Open cover put out color cartridge then close cover. If blinking stops replace color cartridge. If blinking continues put out black cartridge and put in color. If blinking stops replace black cartridge, if not stop replace both cartridges. This printer can work with only one cartridge. If you don't use color printing just remove the color cartridge.
If you open the door on the top of the printer, while it is powered on, the ink cartridges will move to a spot that shows you the status of your ink.. There are little cartoon pictures of the cartridges with smiles or frowns to tell you if you have an empty color or black cartridge.
This is typical cartridge problem.Which cartridge changed? This printer can print with the only one cartridge inside it, whatever which.Try this: Open cover put out color cartridge then close cover. If blinking stops replace color cartridge. If blinking continues put out black cartridge and put in color. If blinking stops replace black cartridge, if not stop replace both cartridges. If this not help your printer has problem in carriage unit and need repair.
Just do one thing take out both the cart
Insert black one only and then close the door if it blinks then just take out the black cart and insert the color one and close the door and check if its fine or not
If its not blinking then its a cart issue
if its still blinking and cartriges are new its a definate problem with the printer
not sure w/ this one, but is it blinking too fast on printer, the check color and black ink cartridges? and if yes what is the color of the light, is it yellow or red, and is the on and off lights, flashing? -black and color blinking fast - install printhead -black and color blinking slow - no cartridges installed -on and off blinking black and color steady lights, calibrate
Your info is slightly conflicting - I think.
As I remember the C60 has just 2 LED's:
1 - Green for Power
2 - Red for Error
The third button - Cartridge exchange - has no LED
Now it is a while since I looked at a C60 and my brain leaks like a sieve, but that's the way I remember it and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
The error codes I remember are:
Printer status - Indicators - Priority
Power - Error
Power ON condition On -
Ink sequence Blink -
Ink Cartridge change mode Blink -
