Question about GE Televison & Video
There is a problem with the vertical circuit and depending on whether or not the fault is detected, the set may be shutdown. Many times this is just a case of poor solder connections at the vertical IC. If you feel comfortable working inside the set and can solder, please update this and I'll provide additional details and instructions.
