Hi, Volume setting maybe to high. Try at lower Volume. Also check you speaker connections. + to + and - to - ....Do not cross connect.
This should be also true for other speakers front and rear. Good luck.
you can start with opening the remote control and clean the buttons on your remote control. don't use any aceton based products. there can be some grease on the buttons.
if you used the on/off and volume more then the other buttons.
