i am unable to connect the sony camcorder DCR SR32 to my PC. When I try to load the software in my PC it gives error message that 'No camera found, make sure the CD is same which came with camera.'

i am really pissed off.

- i have done everything what u suggested. no avail.
my laptop have nokia software loaded in it.
i heard somewhere same problem with samsung software in it.

please suggest something else.

first off try a different usb port.
if doesn't work reboot pc and camcorder (remove battery) and plug in again.

- a lot of electronics have this problem with connecting, try another pc or laptop.
