Connect to the internet the same way you posted your question and download the driver to a USB flash drive or burn it to a CD.

You could download them from the PC your using now and copy them to a CD-R or use a flash drive.
Flash drives can be found at radio shack really cheap for the SanDisk brand which is pretty good. Otherwise try any other local electronics store. I would reccomend that you only get a 1 or 2GB Flash drive. Unless you think your going to use it alot you could spend the money for a 4GB, 8GB or even 16GB and 32GB.
But the 1-2GB are usually less than 20$ now.

But burning the driver to a CD-R would be the cheapest option.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

HP Omnibook EX3 no Ethernet or wireless adapter drivers

Look if you  go this route it will just be headache after headache... Get a copy of XP SP2 and install that... then you will have all the drivers and such. Win 2000 is not supported anymore at all,  subsequently any drivers are hard to find, and seldom work with modern stuff anyway .. well pre 2000 is fine..

However if you must then the only way is to use someone else's PC, find the files you need, and download them,  and then copy files to a  memory stick, or perhaps CD/DVD
