Motor base needed for 10" table saw

I have a Craftsman 10" table saw, mod 113.298750, it is missing the motor base support. Any ideas where I might locate one? Know where I could get a good drawing so I can make one?
Also the motor is missing, what hp is it, and what diameter pulley would it have?

My 10" Craftsman saw started life with a 1 hp motor. I'm on number 3 motor which is 1 1/2 or 2 hp. 1 hp seems to weak. The pulley diameter is about 2". The motor needs to rotate as the blade is moved from vertical. Mine is mounted to back of the blade arbor. The mounts needs to be adjustable for adjusting tension to the belt. McMaster Carr would have the start of a motor and base.

113-298240 Motor base support

I found a part on Amazon part # Craftsman 979925001 Motor Support Base. The add says that it fits models 315.228310 and 315.228410 which is not my saw model number. However, it looks just like the part. Only $28 but just can't be sure this is it.
I used a low temp AL soldering rod and put mine back together. Seems like it will work.
Why does Sears not have a superceeded number?

I need the wiring diagram for my 10 table saw, I disconnected the motor and the power supp. without marking it first and now i don't know which wire goes where, please help!!

Im guessing ... the motor is 110 volt AC (AC dont care if it is coming or going) ... find the two terminals in the motor and hook the wires back up. If it HAPPENS to be incorrect, the saw will run poorly or the overload will trip.

I wouldnt be afraid to use this method on my craftsman table saw.

I have recently replaced my 29 year old craftsman 10" table saw with a new switch. In trying to turn it on, the motor hummed, slightly oscilated and tripped out the wall breaker. I checked the Sears parts...

You may find a replacement motor on ebay. I deal in Craftsman Belt drive table saws, yours looks to be a direct drive. Sorry I wouldn't be much help with those, Jim

New or used motor for a Craftsman 10" table saw

You can try Sears but they can be a bit pricey. I use to send out motors for a factory I worked in to a rebuilder who would even do new windings. Check in your area for a rebuilder, As for the replacement being a Sears unit they may have a similar motor in stock. Good luck.
