Did you make a repair or replace the fuser and need to reset the code?; Because if you didn't fix the problem, you'll still get the same low fuser temperature error code.
Press <function>, <original size (ledger)>, <3>
to enter service mode, go to F9-05-04 (RAM Initialize, fuser reset, power off/on)
If the E4-01 error code returns you have a defective thermistor/thermostat.
This is a standard Canon error code for the fixing assembly not getting hot. You will have to reset the error by clearing the error from the copier's memory. You have to press additional function key, then press 2 & 8 at the same time, then additioanl function key again. The display should change to the service mode with COPIER and other accessories being seen. Press COPIER then Function, then CLEAR, then ERR, then OK. Press reset a couple of times then power down the copier, then back on. If the error comes back then the fixing film assembly will have to be changed to make a more permanent fix. Good Luck.
H5-01 means there were five consecutive jams at the fuser section. Through my own efforts & online research. Your service team never responded. I paid for live chat assistance which was not provided, and was then directed to email assistance which has been a complete joke. Please fully refund all fees charged to my credit card. I will look for other solutions to tech problems in the future.
H-4 is an error code for the fixing assemblyand needs to be reset thru a simulation code, sometimes a power flucuation can cause this error and therefore may not need parts.
when it is done properly the display will go blank
then enter 14
then press the start key, turn the machie off and then back on.
If the code comes back you'll need something for the fixing assembly
