My radio works ok but the CD's will not play it just flashes read, and I have tried resetting it will not work

put cd in says its reading it plays no sound but radio works fine

i have tried to play a few cds and the receiver goes to the loading screen and says error 6 then spits out the cd and goes back to the am/fm. what is error 6 mean. is my laser busted? i just received this product through fed-ex ground some other items and this is the only one that not fully functional.

There is a CD stuck in the player and will not play or eject. the display says "no disc". how do i get it out?

If you cd player won't read disks, you might want to try putting a laser cleaning disk in.

try to put a paper clip into the reset button benrrth the vol knob
