I have a panasonic dmrex77 ,has been great for 6 years ,now won't turn on ,fuse and power cord ok , it's such a good peice of machinery I don't want to throw it . Powerlight wont come on , there is a

Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

I have a s5443 neff dishwasher no lights coming on and nothing happening. fuses ok in scockets

could be your mains surpressor or main board on the appliance. check for continuity from the plug to the board if you have it then it is not the surpressor it will be the board. if it is the board you need to find what part has caused the board to blow

hope this helps

What is the voltage going in and coming out ofthe Thermal fuse on a dishwasher?

Strange question however If it is on the mains side it should be your line voltage (120, 240 ? depends where you are) If it is on the LT side (unusual) it could be anything however... The fuse is either open circuit or not, turn off the power and check for continuity with a test meter. The voltage will be the same on both sides of the fuse if it is OK.

Our bosch dishwasher is not working, when we press the button to turn on nothing happens, no lights, nothing, we have checked the fuse and thats ok. many thanks gail

you may have to turn off power at main box, and check wires at bottom of machine and any other junction box , from dishwasher to main power box. pull on wires to see if they will come apart.

Faulty Diplomat Dishwasher - tripping mains fuse

Hello,

My dishwasher a diplomat 12 program (hja8640) was doing exactly the same where every now and again when turned on at the plug it would trip. After engineers coming out several times and failing to fix it, they condemed it. New one was supplied, however did exactly the same thing. The electrician came back, checked the RCD power breaker and this was fine. It was then discovered that some dishwashers and washing machines send out a lot of earth leakage, combine this with other appliances on in the house can be enough to trip.

Soloution. The electrician removed the kitchen circut from the RCD breaker and intalled another breaker RCD just for the kitcehn loop, this therefore means that the kitchen has a seperate trip from the rest of the house, and touch wood, has solved the problem. This mind you has taken about three months to work out so i hope it saves you some time.

Always use a fully qualified electrician though.

Thanks.
