Question about Kodak EasyShare CD40 Digital Camera
My memory card works in other cameras, but quit working in my Kodak CD40. Was working fine for a couple of years. Used it one day, fine, next day, error.
Could be a camera problem or a card problem. Best way to check is to reformat the card in a computer (do a long format), then reformat in the camera and see if it works.
If not, try a new card. If that doesn't work then you have a camera problem.
Cards don't last forever, so it's most likely that your card has just worn out. Some cameras are more sensitive to this than others, or it could just be a cooincidence that it's only happened in the Kodak up to now.
Put an update on here if this doesn't work, I check threads every couple days and I'll see if can help more.
