right click on my computer on desktop, the click on properties, hardware, device manager, then on the USB root, delete it and restart your computer and re-insert your flashdisk. it should work now. if it doesn't then re-install your window, taht is only if other flash-disk did not work, but they do, am afriad your flash disk is bad. good luck
