Question about SanDisk Sansa c140 MP3 Player
I have a sandisk c140 mp3 player, the sandisk logo is readable, however, when I go to the menu section the the display is working I just can't see the menus or options in the sub folders. I believe some pictures got downloaded without doing the media conversion. I would try to erase everything on it but I need a step by step path to the deletion menu; or if there is a factory flash program anywhere so I could just reflash the unit.Any help would be greatly appriciated and thank you in advance.
I have a quick and painless solution for you.
First open your mp3 player and go to settings. Under the USB menu change it to MSC. Then plug in the mp3 player to the computer. Open the My Computer on your desktop, right click on the Sansa mp3 player and click Format. Make sure Fat32 is checked and Quick format is UNchecked. Then format the mp3 player. After that it should be clean and work just like a USB drive.
Hope this helps!
