Question about Dell 926 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a Dell 926 printer that has worked well with our Dell laptop for 4 years. I now want to connect the printer to our Gateway desktop computer running Microsoft XP. The install executable file that comes buried in the R153976.exe Dell driver download does not run, so the drivers never install. What can I do?
You can download the XP drivers from Dell. Just go to the Dell website, click on the support link, lookup your specific printer, and input the o/s as XP. The software/driver package should appear. Download and install. You should be all set. Hope this helps.
