Question about Dell 1710n Laser Printer
Until now, we've always been able to simply pull the jammed paper out from whichever end is showing more paper. However, this time, the paper is perfectly jammed with about 1/8" showing on either end. Is there a way to manually turn rollers that will advance the paper? If you'll pardon the pun... We're Stuck!! Thanks for any help!
I am afraid not, you need to grab what you can as firmly as you can and try to work it out. it may help to remove the printer drum
