KDF60XBR950 doesnt turn on....fan is on just flashes green

Yes, the cooling fan for the lamp is clogged with dust or debris and is not spinning. The fan blades may be over heated and distorted making it stop spinning. Shine a flashlight into the vent opening to see if the fan is spinning. If you get a series of four red flashes on the front panel lights, it means that the this fan has failed and needs to be replaced.

There is no less than two Cooling Fans on the right side. Either one of them could cause the problem. The one that turns slow or stops turning quickly is the one that is probably causing the problem.
