Commonly bought at Meijers. Sandisk Mp3, video, pics, FMradio, Recording.

When I use the converter to change video to amv file to be used on the sandisk, it is now starting to only record the left 2/3 of the screen on my full length movie videos. I have a few movies that I converted earlier and it converted the full screen view. Is there anyway to get it to convert the full screen view again? Thanks.
