Check the cable first. It's easy - put another one. If it works - change the cable. If Not - check the PC input by connecting another similar camera. If it works with another camera, then Your IEEE camera port is broken and needs to be repaired. And the order of connection must be: 1. Power off camera. 2. Put IEEE cable on it. 3.
