HelloTo reset fuser on your HL-5270DN you have to press "Go" and "+" at exactly the same time. You will be given an extended reset menu. Then you will go for fuser reset.
Plz sure the fuser must be OK/replaced before applying this action

device on left side of frame is stuck open .Not leting it see new toner unit. Half to remove left side cover and put it back in place.

I found the answer in another group, from Sunshine3240:

Open the front cover and leave open while completing the following steps:
Turn the printer off.
Hold the 'go' button while turning the printer on. All panel lights should be on.
Release the 'go' button.
Press the 'go' button 2 times.
Pause.
Press the 'go' button 5 times.
The toner light should be off.
The paper light should be on.
Close cover. The ready light should be the only light on.
