Hi shelley269,

I found the solution to "The procedure entry point _resetstkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link libray msvcrt.dll."
To do this:

1.
Right-click on the START button.
2. Select EXPLORE.
3. Click on the + next to C:\Program Files.
4. Double-click on SIERRA.
5. Double-click on the SHA folder.
6. Find the msvcrt.dll file.
7. Delete it.

I followed these steps and it stopped the error from coming up but now when I try to open any of the main menu options (start with a blank design, getting started, etc) it immediatly says that Sierra Home Architect has stopped working and shuts the program down. I'm running windows 7

We began getting this a while ago and gave up using the program. Today I finally sat down and researched .dll files and common errors. Finally figured out that all you need to do (at least for Windows XP) is go into c:\WINDOWS\system32 and find the same file. Highlight it, then right-click and copy the file into you SHA file. It would take me forever to explain why this works, so I won't -- but it does work. :-)

mimboot.exe is the startup application for Musicmatch Jukebox. It does not need to start with Windows. It looks like you may have deleted or unsuccessfully uninstalled Musicmatch Jukebox. Reinstalling the application should resolve the issue. If you don't want the program after the re-install simply uninstall it again in add/remove programs.

Please note: this can also be a trojan horse. If you haven't already I would suggest running a good anti-virus and anti-spyware program.

Hope this helps

that sounds more like a permissions issue, with your settings on your isp/browser...
