I purchased Koss earphones in November last year

I purchased Koss headphones in November last year and they were supossed to have a life time guarantee. However, they have broken and I have mislaid the receipt. How do I go about exchanging them for a new pair. Please advise. Thank You

How do I change batteries? I cannot find their location.


The right earphone holds the batteries. Grab the cushion and TURN it slightly and it will release from the headset. Don't pull it off without turning first.
The two AAA batteries are exposed. Just replace and replace cushion with slight turn.

High. My earphones don't have any sound at all.. What do I do? The cable seams to be fine.


Hi, what makes the earpiece not working, is that the wire inside the speaker area where you put inside the ear is faulty.

Loose the head of that small speaker, you will see the wire that has removed, use a soldering iron and a lead to fix it back.After fixing back, you can start using it again.

Product KOSS UR15C headhones. Problem: short in the cable which causes sound cutout when moved. Its right at the connection to the earphone. WHAT I NEED TO KNOW: How to take the earphone apart...


I'm afraid there's is no easy way of doing it, most headphones I have fixed needed force to get the pads of and for that matter to put them back on! It's just a case of taking great care and easing it off a bit at a time. If you encounter any foam that can be glued on afterwards with Bostik solvent free all purpose glue.

Yes, if you changed headphones and it is still happening, it's almost surely a problem with your iPod's jack. I think the warranty is 1 year only, so you should get it repaired asap.

Don't bother, Koss has a lifetime replacement policy on some headphones like the Pro-4's. All you pay is shipping. Call the repair department.
