Sorry to tell you this however Picassa uses a large amount of processors so if you do want to use it try turning off couple other programs that are not in use first, try that as see if this helps

Transfer of photos from phone to Laptop. Deletion of photo Albums from phone.

If it is like my phone then the picassa photos are not actually on your phone. The are just linked to your account and are just links to your online photos stored on picassa.

How do I transfer photos from picassa to a memory stick ?

PICASA application don't have any image on it all the images are on your HDD. You just need to locate them and then copy them to your memory stick normally like you copy one file from other location.

For locating the image try to find the path of the image into picasa by right clicking or viewing the properties of the image.

I have my S610 set to take photos @ 5MB. But when I download them to Picassa, they are ~1.2 MB. Is this a camera setting or Picassa?

Neither. The camera is taking pictures at 5 megapixels resolution. The file size of the image is only loosely related to the resolution. You'll note that your pictures are all different sizes. The size is dependent on the content of the picture. If you take a picture of a blank wall or a plain blue sky, the file size will be smaller than the file size of a picture of a cluttered scene, because it takes more bytes to record detail.

If you look at your pictures in your image viewer, you'll see that the pictures are all the same dimension (width and height), regardless of the file size.

Hi , i have a problem with my gopro hero.. when i want to record a video , it records very fastly.. for example we record 1 minute , it records for 3 seconds.. i have the sdhc 8gb class 4 memory stick.....

this could be a problem on your pc, I have had this issue on a notebook but when i went onto my pc with more ram it worked ok. also it may depend on which codec is being used on your pc to view the mpg4 files, I have also noted that as well as fast speeds that the sound was out of sync.

How do I save my videos to an mpg4 file?

On the camera the files are by default saved as MPEG-2. You cannot alter it on the camera, but you can use a software like procoder or format factory and such to convert it to MPG-4 file after transferring the file to the computer.

Capturing MPEG-1 with Diamond VC500

After more thorough testing I think I partially solved the issue...
The Bad News:
Diamond wrongly promotes in multiple places that it only captures in MPG 1, 2 and 4.
Also most of the settings in the "Setup" tab capture a format different than is labeled. Here are my findings translated: DVD= MPG#, SVCD=MPG#, VCD=MPG1?, MPG4=MPG4, AVI=AVI...etc
The Good News:
After understanding their cryptic format names, you can capture in 8 different formats!! And the format I was interested in was AVI so I'm happy. :)
