It depends on which side did it fell ... if one of the corners.. it might be the motherboard.
If you are good at opening and closing electronic devices, you can open it and check for any loose cables or components (make sure you unplug the battery+charger before you start)

Also, check if your charger is working or try different one if you can.

It might only be that the power cable came off with the chock. it's worth trying.

hope this helped thanks

Why does my asus notbook not turn on and is blank?

Sounds like the battery is completely flat.
Ensure your charger is plugged into the mains socket and plug into your notebook. Leave to charge for about an hour, then it should switch on.
When you have finished using it, make sure it is shut down correctly and leave it charging over night for a full charge. (When it is switched on whilst charging, it takes much longer to charge.)

Tf201 keyboard won't charge

I had same problem. I had a look at the connection. I took the two sections of the black charging plug, inside there were two steel pins. They looked a bit bent in towards each other, so I gently bent them a bit outwards. It worked. I have had no further problems charging. But I have another problem. It is fully charged, but will not switch on. I have an Asus tf300t.

Battery won't charge above 5%

If the laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries will fail if stored in a discharged state for long periods.

Asus A626 won't charge.

Power supply problems are relatively common with ASUS products like this one it should be covered under warranty and be easily replaceable if not simply order one online.

(it is rare for the device itself to have charging issues, unless it was dropped in which case that could be a possible explanation)

Our Asus Eee Pc 4G doesn't want to recharge battery. Why?

Hi sammykea,

Ok so you have a ASUS EEEPC and you don't have a copy of the manual.

To get a copy of the manual just goto this link:
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us

Just click on the drop down "Select Product" and choose EEE FAMILY, then go next to the drop down for "Select Series" which is EEE PC then last drop down "Select Model" choose your model. It will then bring you to the next page which has the link to download the Manual for the PC just pick the language of the manual you need, and download it and read the manual for more details on how to use the PC.

Hope this helps!

Peace! :)
