Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines
It sounds as though the valve is at faulty and needs replacing. This is a fairly common fault. Unless you can source a replacement inlet valve and fit it yourself call in a repair man. It is a very quick and cheap job.

Hello friend, I appreciate your post!
Based off the information you have provided water is not entering your Frigidaire washer. Are the house valves turned on fully? Check to make sure that the house valves are turned on and if they are check to make sure the water hoses are not kinked or pinched.
The problem could be within your water pressure, pressure switch, or water inlet valve. I would recommend reaching out to a professional for further assistance regarding your washer to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. I hope this has been beneficial. -Matt
