it may be the problem of moisture dont worry take brasso(used for shining the mitallic products) and put out photo conducting drum and clean the dum with brasso by using a soft cotton cloth ur problem must be solved
Ensure that you have cleaned the main and transfer corona's as shown by the instruction leaflet that comes in the box of toner.Also ensure that the large left cover is correctly closed.It is possible that your copy paper is very damp so try changing it for fresh paper or put 20 sheets in the microwave for around 15 seconds to remove the excess moisture.Also are you using genuine toner?

My copy machine comes on and it starts the "prepare" phase where the fan comes on and the rollers roll. However, it never stops to go to the ready phase. So it gets very hot and doesn't do anything. Do you have any idea what would cause this?
