If you have never taken apart a laptop before, find someone who has.
It is fare to easy to brake the new lcd or but a wrong screw in bazel cover and brake more than what was broken.

If your laptop is on and shutting down because it is over heating then you dont have much choice but to replace the fan. Which you can check this manual. Starting at page 71.

Every time i open my laptop past 45 degress the screen goes out

The display or inverter wiring is shorting out when pressure is applied to them.

LCD screen replacements are available on the Internet. Make sure you select one that suits your laptop because the video and inverter connectors can be different between makes and models even though they maybe the same screen size.

I mistakenly formatted my compaq f750us notebook without copying the recovery, the system was formally in vista but now in xp. the problem is that the sound is not coming out. pls help me out

try starting your laptop in safe mode by presssing f8 during the booting process, then check whether its boot or not
