ARE YOU ON CABLE AND USING A CABLE BOX? IF SO, ON MOST CABLE REMOTES THEY HAVE ON THE RIGHT SIDE A ZOOM BUTTON . THE PCITURE CHANGES EVERY TIME YOU PRESS THE BUTTON -KEEP PRESSING AND RELEASING THE BUTTON UNTIL YOU HAVE A NORMAL PICTURE.
well u have that there because... he massed up the menu like in those tv's there is a option if u wana do 2 things at one time like watch the tv and play video game so basicly there is nothing wrong with thee tv.. u have to go through the menu to shut the second screen off.. its probbaly for video 1 or video 2..!! just go through the menu one more time and go on every option u can and u might find it..where it says u wana turn the video screen off
You should be able to access all the menu features from the front of the set. Or keep in mind, you can purchase any mitusbish remote and it will do most things, Just look for format button. I may even have one if you need one. Let me know if i helped you solve your problem. Good Luck. Jay
To bring up the "service" menu, put the TV in standby mode, then press in
Onscreen Display ( the little screen with the i+ in it ) 5
( channel number 5 ) Volume Up ( upper end of volume button ) Analogue (
middle top button )
The TV should switch on and when it's warmed up, you
should see a screen with lots of big green lettering on it.

Use the direction dial to move down to
"LCD Drivers" and press right on the dial to enter this menu.
to "S H Pos Reg R". It should be "10", change it to "11". ( Left/Right to adjust
) Move down to "S H Pos Reg G". It should be "10", change it to "11". Move
down to "SHPos Reg B". It should be "10", change it to "11".

Adding codes is really pretty simple.
First Add a System Manager code:
Press the 'additional functions' button to the right of the touch screen.
Press the 'system settings' button ON the touch screen.
Press the 'system manager settings' button on the touch screen.
Press the 'system manager' button on the touch screen and then
use the touch screen to enter the system manager's name. Press 'done'
when you have finished.
Press the 'system manager id' button on the touch screen and
use the numeric keypad located to the right of the touch screen to
create the id.
Press the 'system password' button on the touch screen and
enter a numeric password for the system manager. YOU SHOULD MAKE A NOTE
OF THE SYSTEM MANAGER ID AND PASSWORD, AS THIS WILL BE NEEDED TO CHANGE
Press 'next' on the touch screen.
Press 'email address' to add an email address for the system manager.
Press 'contact information' to add an extension to reach the system manager at.
Press 'ok' to complete the process.
Next add user codes:
Press the 'additional functions' button
Press 'system settings' button on the touch screen.
Press 'department id management' on the touch screen.
Press the 'on button' on the touch screen.
Press the 'store dept. id / password' button on the touch screen.
Press 'store' on the touch screen.
Press 'department id' on the touch screen and then enter a numeric code using the keypad.
If you want additional security you can also set up a password
by pressing 'password' on the touch screen and, using the numeric
keypad again, enter the password. The password can be left blank if
