Question about HP Computers & Internet
Is this a wireless connection?
If so you could be getting an interference from another wireless source.
Check the wireless routers in your area and see what channel ther are broadcasting on and then change your wireless router to a channel that is unused, if there are none available then pick one that has the weakest signal strength.
