Question about RCA opal MP3 Player
Bought the mp3. Put in the battery. Flipped out the USB and plugged it in. Get a message box that I must have an RCA digital media player connected. Also note that says player must be in MSC mode.
I know that sometimes certain USB ports don't give the information that the installer is looking for. Try a different USB port on the PC and see if that works. Make sure you have the latest version of easyRip from:
(AND do make sure the device is in MSC mode, that is the default out of the box, but couldn't hurt to double-check)
