SOURCE: its keeps saying IPHONE IS DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES

Connect you itouch to iTunes.
Press and hold the power and home buttons
Screen goes black, now release the power button. Make sure you don't release the home button until it says "we have detected an iPod Touch in recovery mode."
Once it does this just do a simple restore, by clicking the "Restore" button under the large iPhone picture.

Hope this helps!

The easiest way to fix iPhone recovery mode screen is to use the free tool called ReiBoot. i used it before and it worked perfectly for me. What's more, it is very easy. No need to connect to iTunes and hold any button on iPhone. You can try it if needed.

My screen is stuck on plug into the itunes screen

Probably something went wrong, and your iPhone itself sees that too. That's why your iPhone asks to connect it to your PC or Mac with iTunes installed.
-Start iTunes on your PC or Mac
-Connect your iPhone to the PC or Mac
-Probably iTunes will advise to recover your iPhone.
>>If you didn't make regular backups of your data you probably will lose the data that's on your iPhone.<<
-Wait until the recovery procedure is done and see if your iPhone works again.

What if iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone anymore in iTunes?
Thy a "soft reset' by pressing the ON/OFF button on top of your iPhone and the round menu button underneath your screen simultaneously until your iPhone reboots. Check if your iPhone connects to iTunes and try the recovery.
I hope this will help you solving your problem.

Recovery stuck

This is a hard one. The only advise I can give you, is once I was able to force shutdown by holding home and power together until phone powers down then power it back up only with the power button. Connect it back to the computer, and it may only recognize the phone as a new iPhone. Initialize it this way, then restore from your backup. It's the long way, but it's worked for me in the past. Good luck!

Stuck At "Connect to iTunes" Screen

Do A Basic Reset Of The iPhone By Holding The Home And Power Key Down For 7-10 Seconds, If This Doesnt Work Go On Your Admin Computer And Do A Basic Reset To Factory Setting On The iPhone, This Will Not Harm Any Music Or Apps On The iPhone. If This Doesnt Work I Would Reccomend Taking It To Your Cell Service Provider If They Have A Warrenty Coverage Program For You To Take Advantage Of.
