SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I cant get the disk to work with windows vista.. Is there a solution for my problem?

Try this. I found this on the microsoft website.
Most games written for earlier versions of Windows also work in this version of Windows, but some older games might run poorly or not at all. If an older game doesn't run correctly, use the Program Compatibility Wizard, which will simulate an earlier version of Windows.
  • Open the Program Compatibility Wizard by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33.png, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Use an older program with this version of Windows.

I recently bought a new hard drive to update the "tired out" model in my gateway model gt5674. i was told that i needed a SAS compatable motherboard to get this new hard drive installed. is there any...

Take the disk-drive back to the computer-store,
along with your computer, and exchange the new disk-drive for one that is compatible with your computer. Within 15 seconds of viewing the "inside" of your Gateway, they should be able to identify the correct model of disk-drive that will be compatible with your current motherboard.

Or, the more-expensive option: buy a PCI add-in card to add a 'SAS-compatible' interface (although I've never heard of such an interface!!!!) to your computer.

Will this work with vista home pre with 64 bit?

hello, No this model is not compatible with Vista 64 bit. its compatible with only 32 bit Vista.
However there is a similar model which is compatible with 64 bit Vista and the model number is F5U257 (USB-to-serial).

link from Belkin confirming F5U409 not compatible with 64 bit.

Hope this helps,

Won't sync to computer

Mkae sure you r running an Operating System COmpatible with the device, ie. Windows XP/Vista, if u r running the correct OS, insert the disk that came with the device, and you should get driver updates automatically, if all this takes place and still cant sync, check ur USB cord, if the cord works and still cant sync, contact support or a tech agent like Best Buy's Geek Squad

Jvc direct dvd-video burner model# cu-vd10u

I called customer service at JVC. First, they asked me to clean the unit with a disk cleaner. They had me look at the disks I was using. I was using DVD+R and DVD+RW. They told me only DVD-R or DVD-RW work. They were right. Hope this helps.
