1. Check if the graphics card and the game requirements match.
2. Check in your game configuration what frequency (Hz) you put. Most monitors can accept 60 through 75 Hz. If it's more than 75 or less than 60, change that.
3. Check if your screen resolution matches the game resolution. To check your current resolution, right click on Desktop, then Properties, then Settings and see the "### by #### pixels"
4. If it's not any of those, change your graphics card.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Unsupported video signal

It is possible that Jewelquest changes the screen resolution to one that is not supported by the TV. I am not familiar with Jewelquest, but the typical reason for the unsupported message is a resolution outside of the supported range. The supported resolutions should be listed in the owner's manual. Do you have an add-on video card installed in your computer?
It's possible your video connection is plugged into the built in video adapter in your computer. Try having it plugged to your video card instead.
