1. Check if the graphics card and the game requirements match.
2. Check in your game configuration what frequency (Hz) you put. Most monitors can accept 60 through 75 Hz. If it's more than 75 or less than 60, change that.
3. Check if your screen resolution matches the game resolution. To check your current resolution, right click on Desktop, then Properties, then Settings and see the "### by #### pixels"
4. If it's not any of those, change your graphics card.
