Is the freezer temp at least -15 degrees? Is there water to the water valve in the back? Is there a cube stuck in the harvest arm of the ice maker? Is there water in the tray of the ice maker?

Check the fill tube that goes to the ice maker , it is where the water goes into the ice maker it may have a ice clog in it, this is due to a leaking water valve solenoid, you would have to replace the water valve to stop it from happening again but the ice clog need to be removed. If you want to attempt this your self contact me and I will tell you how I do it everyday.

WILL NOT DELIVER ICE CUBED OR CRUSHED

Hi,

Please check the bellow link, if it helps-

http://www.ehow.com/how_7592870_whirlpool-refrigerator-wont-make-ice.html

However if the ice maker has completely stopped producing ice check to see whether the ice maker has been turned off. Here's how to check. Look for a wire along the right side of the ice maker that looks a bit like a coat hanger. If this wire is in the raised position, the ice maker is turned off. On some units you simply lower the wire to the down position to turn the ice maker on. On others, you lower a small red plastic lever to lower the wire. If the wire is in the proper position check the freezer temperature, it should be between 0-8 degrees Fahrenheit. If it is warmer than 10-12 degrees, the ice maker may not produce any ice. Check your door seals and thermostat, repair/replace as necessary.

WATER NOT GOING IN ICE MAKER

Check if the filling tube to the ice maker is clogh with ice that means the dual valve that opens when the ice maker calls for water is leaking and this water freezes up and wont let any into the ice maker.

Roper Ice maker wont kick ice cubes out of tray.

Remove white plastic cover on ice maker. On bottom you will notice the heater connections, check for voltage. If good, heater is most likely bad.

Frig.

Make sure you check your water supply and filter if you have one. Check the ice maker. Make sure the motor and gears are turning in the ice maker itself. As the ice maker goes through the cyle it activates the water solenoid for about 5-10 seconds at a certain piont to fill it. If the ice maker isn't running the ice maker will not fill.
