Click start -> run and type "cmd".
type "ipconfig /all". The "DHCP Server" or "Default Gateway" is your router's address.
type in explorer "http://your_dhcp_server

The default IP address for an AT&T router is 192.168.0.1

If you want to get the router address , you can do this by following the steps Click Start>RUN>CMD enter then after that on the black window type IPCONFIG enter just look for the default gateway and that is your router IP and make sure you do that using the computer that is connected to the router....
