I am assuming the page is over your set and not an overhead speaker. The setting is in the configuration programming of your system. Recieve page must be set to 'n' in the programming for your set. If you don't have someone within your company that has access to this programming you may have to call an outside party.

When you call an internal extension and the extension is either busy or ringing, you can invoke the Ring Again (Call Back) feature. If Ring Again is activated when the dialed extension is ringing, you will be notified when there is activity on the phone and the phone becomes idle. This is a Toll Fraud issue that is being access through an individual mailbox that has Outbound Transfer turned on in the COS. Someone will need to access the voice mail through the LAN interface and access the VMS GUI to manipulate the COS to turn off the Outbound Transfer in COS 1. This is a known issue on the Norstar related VMS\'s.
The lines are probably hung up in the system. A reboot of the Norstar system should resolve the probably. Just unplug the phone system from the UPS to reboot the system.
