Remove the memory card, then remove the battery from the phone. Wait a minute install battery into phone and turn on. If all is good, power phone off before installing memory card. As a safety precaution, do not install or remove memory cards, in any device, with power on.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I loaded my 2gig memory card with music and when I put it into my phone I could not find my music when I put the card onto another phone it played the music so am stuck now

In some phones each type of file must be put in a specific folder.
Format the card in the pc and leave it blank. Put the card in the phone and format it there also - this way the specific folders will be written in the card. Take the card out, put it back in the pc and find the Music or Sounds folder - put the music files directly in it.

Memory card - whenever i stick my memory card in the phone and turn it on, it gets stuck on the telus opening screen. if the memory card is removed, the phone works fine, but i want to have my music and...

The memory card is probably larger than the maximum size memory card that the phone can take. For instance, you may have it on a 4gb card, which definitely wouldnt work, or even 2gb, 1gb.

Nokia 6300 gets stuck when I insert memcard

is your nokia 6300 a china or finland phone.. because china phones tend to get corrupted when you insert a memory card higher than 1 gigabyte.. just get another card preferably 1 gig and try it if it works.

Donloading music 2 my mobile

Hi By default, it may go to the phone memory unless it asked you where you want to put your download file. If they don't ask then it will save your file into your phone memory by default. go to Music -->Audio or Music or scrol down to Memory Card. You need to format your memory card first when you first insert it into your phone then after that you can perform the downloading so you will b able to see where the download file goes. Good Luck

Samsung t629 memord card problem. PLEASE HELP!

ok, I have managed to use my sandisk 512mb card to put on music...even though I didnt know you had to format the disk in phone first (I dont recommend because all my music is individual clips and not in my music file), however once you see that the music is on the card via "my files" I went to the music player and hit options...then hit "add music from" then hit "memory card"...now you must put a check mark by all the music files you want to add to the music player (or choose "all" and hit ok) This will put your chosen songs off your card into the music player and you can see the song title at the top of your player screen and use the arrows to move through your songs/clips. Choose the song and hit play.
