Headboard doesn't fit the bedframe I purchased

Instructions said I could by a bed frame and attach the headborad. I bought the frame and the headboard don't fit. I have the headboard adapter plates with no instruction on how to use them. Can anyone help? CUZNRICKY had the same problem....if you are out there let me know what you found out. Thanks greg.heggie@gmail.com
