Question about Yahoo Mail

Emails are not reaching one particular recipient

I am recently experiencing a problem where my e-mails are not reaching just one recipient. I sent emails from my work and they arrive just fine. I log-in to my web-interface for my home account and sent and e-mail and it gets there just fine. I try my hotmail account and he gets it just fine. Only when I send it from my home using my home account will he not get it. Any ideas?

No bounceback at all. I don't think the domain is being blocked because I can send from the web interface (same account as my home) and he gets the email just fine. Yes - your last statement is correct: email goes through just fine from web mail but not when using Outlook on the same account. Yet to my knowledge all other mail goes through just fine using Outlook.

Do you get a bounceback? What does the bounceback say if you get one? Its possible the person you are sending to they are blocking the domain you are sending from. When you say "log in to my web-interface from my home account" and "only when i send it from my home using my home account" are they the same account? If so then what you mean to say is that the email goes through fine from web mail and not from a local program such as Outlook from your home computer? Please clarify

Hallmark Card Studio E-mailed Cards Not Reaching Recipients

How do you know it was not delivered - i.e., did the sender receive a return email notice that it was undeliverable or did the recipient receive anything at all? If it was sent and just disappeared, there may have been a problem with the email address. If an "undeliverable" notice was returned to the sender, there may have been a problem with the recipient's server, email program or virus software.

Outlook has several settings which prevent certain types of emails from being delivered or received. It attempts to block anything that looks like spam. For example, emails with too many attachments, certain types of extensions, large picture files, emails being sent out to too many people at a time, etc. Some of these setting can be changed, but some cannot. You don't say which version of Outlook you are using. If it has not worked when you are sending the card directly from the Hallmark program using Outlook as your default email program, you might try opening Outlook and creating an email from there and attaching the card.

The source of the problem could also be the virus software of the sender or the receiver.

It is hard to search for a single mail from a batch of hundreds of thousandsof mails, but the Google's search algorithms can help you do it so instantly.
Within you Gmail account, select your folder from which you intend to searcha mail, e.g. Inbox, Sent mail, Drafts, Spam, etc. Your Gmail search field is located at the top on the right of the logo. Withthis field you can search both email messages in your Gmail account and theweb.
Just fill in any detail you know about the email you intend to search - itcould be a title of the mail, recipient's name or email address, a phrase orword in the body of the mail; etc. Just within the search field, you can click on the "show search optins". Thisgives a wide range fields to fill in if you want a very specific mail. These options can help you search:

Yahoo email doesn't reach gmail inbox

There is a high chance that Google is not actually receiving the emails concerned. By any chance are some of them automatically generated and not actually sent by a person directly using Yahoo (i.e. a Yahoo web page or a Yahoo SMTP server) ? My mind is suspicious that the MX is set up wrong at the transmitting server and that server is therefore not Yahoo's own server.

Im not receiving email on my yahoo account . neither are my emails sent reaching the recipients. pls help

Are you using the new Yahoo email? If so, you'll want to return to Mail Classic.

When you sign into your account, click options on the right hand side, then click switch to Mail Classic.

The old version will be restored and you wont have these problems again.

I have not received any of my email since Saturday morning. Is there an issue with my account? Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: Navy Sent: ...

As far as the usage of auxiliary verb + receive is concerned, the first is correct, the others are wrong; the second is particularly ungrammatical. The third has "to receive" in the wrong tense, it should be the infinitive: "receive". When you use the auxiliary verb "do" + verb, the verb is always in the bare infinitive, it is the "do" that changes for tense (did = past).

"I don't have [x]" means that x (a noun phrase) is not in your possession, X cannot be a verb. "I don't have any money", but not "I don't have [done something]".

How do I send group emails keeping everyones details private?

Compose a new mail. Just type all the email addresses, separated by comma, in the BCC box of the email. A BCC (blind carbon copy; also Bcc) is a copy of an email message sent to a recipient whose email address does not appear in the message. The emails will be delivered to all recipients keeping the details of every other recipients as private.

Hope it helps! Good Luck!

Mails sent do not reach their destination. It appears in the Outlook sent as sent.

To check the exact reason - we have to follow few steps one by one as follows.

Due to following reasons mails may not reach their destinations,

Other End Problems
1. Email address typed is wrong or does not exist.
2. There is problem with the email address - like inbox capacity is full, incoming mail server is down.
3. Recipient received the email not in inbox rather in bulk/junk box - so tell him/her to check junk/bulk box.
4. Your email address is blocked by them (recipients).

Your End problem
-------------------------
5. You have not clicked the option "Server Authentication" or other configuration problem you made.
6. There is virus problem in your computer creating malfunction for outgoing emails.
7. Your outgoing server problem.

So I am guiding how to check all points one by one tactfully to detect exact reason.

First verify the email address you typed - then you send email to the same email address from your different email.
Try to use same mail server (your end) for checking as some time few black listed mail servers are there.
You request the recipient to check the bulk/junk box - or send email waiting few hours.
Tell the recipient whether your email is blocked or the domain of your email address (as yahoo.com is domain of email lina@yahoo.com).

Now this is the very important point out of the all points - please consult with your mail server admin and check whether you have checked the Server Authentication Required option in mail client software like Outlook Express.
You please configure the same email in different computer (virus free) - try the same.
Wait few ours and send to other email addresses - and check.

I think you may easily rectify the problem.
Happy Computing.
I think I have been able to answer to solve the problem. Many Many thanks for using Fixya.

Mail server unreachable for too long

The problem is with recipient server, your server is trying to communicate with them but they are not responding right away. This maybe there server has a high security so they need to scan every emails that is trying to go through there wall.
