It most likely means the phones internal memory is full. If you have a lot of pictures, applications, etc, if you aren't saving them to the memory card, the eat up the phones memory pretty fast. I had this same issue, 8gig memory card, but not enough memory to do anything with the phone. It turned out, I had all of my emails being saved to the phones internal memory, switched everything to the memory card, problem solved. Look and see exactly where the phone is saving everything to, sms messages, apps, everything.

I have a Samsung galaxy centera Smartone and having hard time with replacing a full 2 gb microSDHC Card with 8 gb microSDHC CARD and it still says memory full What do i need to do now

The phone can handle up to 32 Gb micro SD cards, so I think the format is not good. Try formatting the SD card in your phone, to make sure the format is what your phone can work with.
If you can't use the card, because the phone does not let you format is, try formatting it in a PC, using an external memory card reader. Us format FAT32.

Not able to set up wallpaper - getting error as memory full

try freeing your phone memory by deleting unwanted messages from inbox.
also try moving other data to memory card such as audio & video files, installation files, images etc

Hello, My problem is that I can play 1 GB of my camera's memory card just fine. Then I tried to put in an 8 gb memory card and the screen just shows the start up screens and when I click for the slideshow...

1 or 2 GB can be used easily but more than 2 GB would required an update driver which have fix to work with more GB cards. Use an external card reader.

My camera is saying the memory is full - with every card I put in the camera.

My camera was doing the same thing. I kept trying 4 gb cards, finally read the specs said only 2 gb supported. I put a 2 gb card in the camera and it worked fine.

A 2gb memory card says memory full tried it in

No, that camera works with the 2gb cards just fine. You will want to try to format the card in your computer first, then try it in your camera (format it in the camera before using). If it doesn't format in the computer, it is a bad card.

The camera doesn't accept new memory card put into the camera

Sorry that this answer is far too late to be of use to you, but it may help others searching for advice with the same fault. I only stumbled across your unanswered question by accident.

8GB is an SDHC card. Your camera was designed to use the earlier SD cards instead with a maximum 1GB capacity.

I take it you have the Vu CU920 which is what this section is for. There is no option to put text on the wallpaper within the phone. You can edit or creat a wallpaper for the Vu and load it into the memory card and use it as wallpaper. All you have to do is create a wallpaper scenery using a paint program. I use Adobe Elements and it does a great job. You set the size of your wallpaper to 240X400 pixels which is the size of the Vu screen. You put your text on the wallpaper when you create it. Then you save your wallpaper as a jpg file and load it into your memory card using a program like BitPim which is free and does a great job of managing your Vu. Or you can use a USB card reader to load your wallpaper directly into the memory directory called Graphics. You then just choose your wallpaper from your memory and set it.

Im trying to use the memory card but the camera says its full... I deleted everything and used a brand new card but it says the same thing. I even tryed formatting the camera..

Is it telling you the the card specifically is full or just full. Some cameras need to be switched from onboard memory to memory card. Also, if you are using a high capacity memory card make sure your camera can take a hgih memory card. If you put a 2 or 4 gb card in and it says full that means your camera can't use those cards.
