Question about AT&T Cell Phones
I was texting with my phone and i slid the screen up and the metal thing on the back of the screen broke and now the screen doesnt stay in place and is all loose.
when this happened the screen went black.
how do i fix it
Sounds to me like a screw or a series of screws(or damaged clips) let loose. It's possible that you were issued a refurbished phone that was not correctly reassembled.
If you are under warranty certainly the solution is simple return it. If not you can youtube lg xenon disassemble and you might find a posting depicting the process at which point if you follow that.. you may find the damage and get it fixed .Good luck !

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
