Question about Apple Macintosh Keyboard
Things to try:
1. Blow the dust out of it and clean the crud out from under the keys.
2. You can very gently pop out the key and remove the little rubber cap under it and clean the contact. I usually use a pencil eraser very gently. also clean under the little rubber cap a bit. and reassemble.
3. Worse come to worse swap out the offending key assembly with the ~ key. and relabel the new key with either whiteout or a magic marker depending on key color. Also great for laptops that are missing keys.
4. get a new keyboard.
