The best way to avoid the feedback, caused by the microphone not turning off, is to turn the volume down all the way.

That way when you close the clamshell top, the microphone will not match up with the speakers to produce the Jimi Hendrix feedback screech.

It could be a loose RAM. Take it to the authorized Service center and if the problem is same as I suspect then you could get the problem fixed in just 10 minutes and probably for free.

This is a total long shot, but could there be some of the original packaging attached to the battery? The 'brand new' aspect of the laptop made me think about this.

It sounds like your computer is powering directly from the charger, without any of the charge going into the battery. If there was a small plastic cover over the contacts on the battery, it may explain this probem.

Otherwise, I would look towards some other battery issue.

There could be a power saving feature somewhere causing this problem, however there's normally some sort of warning about this, rather than an unexpected and instant shutdown.

This issue might be with the RAM refixing if the power is fine.

Please rtefix the RAM once.
If the power also goes after 1 sce then please try without battery,If working the issue with battery if not then issue might be with mainboard.

Take a look under USB devices if you have any unidentified device. If found uninstall it, reestart the laptop.

to fix this up you have to follow few steps.

1.check if the driver for this is installed.it is there in system properties.

2.if it is installed try reinstalling the driver as it may not be installed properly.

3. if even after these things it dont work then check the webcame settings .

I think its overheating You need to buy a can of compressed air from ' **** Smith or similar store "
remove plates etc from underneath laptop and blow out also check exhaust port for fan is clear
