My printer says that there is a papper jam i took it apart cleened it and put it back together but it still says that there is a papper jam if you know what to do tell me at please

If this is a network printer then it's picked up a different IP address than the computer saw last time.
You can get the HP to print it's settings for you via the menus system on the printer. When you have the IP address go to your PC and make the driver use that address.
put machine oil on papper roller let run a few pappers intell it gets worked in then see if paper is sticking if this doesnt work blow it out with air in can there has to be papper jamming the papper side.
Under the circumstances go to control and click on printer. Clear all the printing jobs. Switch off the printer and the computer. Wait for sometime and restart the computer and the printer. This should clear your problem.
Might be something deep inside your printer causing this. I had same problem and i got fed up and took printer apart, there was actually a small tiny screw sitting way below the rollers. My son probably dropped in there. I removed it and put back together and it worked perfect.
6A00 means the purge assembly is stuck, on the right where the printhead rests when turned off. impossible to clean without disassembly. Best to replace #qm2-3032-000, about $19.95
