If you do a google search on this you will find all the instructions you need to sort it out. - you will get ink all over your fingers though.

Ink that "leaks" out of the cartridge goes into a small "reservoir" (rather than spilling-out from the bottom of the printer, onto your desk).

Empty the reservoir. Watch out for leaking ink, staining your hands & your furniture.
Or, get advice from the CANON (not CANNON) Service Centre (not Center).

HOW TO SOLVE ERROR 5B00 ON CANON PIXMA MG2400 or resetting software for ink absorbers on canon pixma 2400 for the mentioned error 5b00

The manual and Canon website just say, contact the Canon service centre.
Please check what the net has to say about waste printer ink. When the printer "thinks" the reservoir is full, it could give this error. (not sure if it is the same number) But for some brands you can get little programs to reset that counter. I recently did so for my Epson printer.
Perhaps you should look there. Emptying the reservoir won't reset the counter, but you also should clean out the ink in the waist ink reservoirs.

I'm getting an error V150 when trying to use my Pixma MX320 printer it states that I need to check the ink, yet both ink cartridges are full? any idea how to erase this error message? Or does this mean...

Error U150 refers to a cartridge not being recognised. This is due to the refilled cartridge. The machine knows that the cartridge has already been used and is expecting a new one. Some people say that if you hold down the stop key for 3 seconds when powering up it will remove the cartridge check. I have never tried it personally.

Waste tank absorber is almost full ~ message

I've taken this from my manual.
This error message indicates that the ink absorber is nearly full.
The machine has a built-in ink absorber to hold the ink used
during FINE Cartridge cleaning, for example.
You can continue printing by selecting Continue*1
on the display on your camera.
However, because printing is disabled once
the ink absorber becomes completely full
and until the ink absorber is replaced, you
are recommended to contact a Canon
service representative as early as possible.
*1 To resume printing, you can press
[OK] (MP180) / [Black] or [Color] (MP160) on
the machine instead of selecting [Continue].
