Turn it off and then on after 20 minutes and see if the problem goes away.

If not then inspect the compressor area for any loose or broken wires.

Next step is to check the compressor relay. It is mounted on the side of the compressor. Replace the relay if found faulty.

If relay is OK then the compressor is stalled and needs to be checked and replaced. Refer to a an authorized service technician if you are unsure about how to test for faults and compressor replacement.
