Funnel itself squeeze in on sides to release tabs. so many tabs broke a redesign was made 5-30-2005 , have to replace frame bracket and funnell. models after tant had new design. part number from exploded view: 3016JA2002C funnel 278d location number exp. view

This diagram may help some.. should be a molding thats goes around outside of dispenser.. should be able to pop off and get at screws u need to get at...to remove and get at what u need too

i believe there is a water filter in the fridge side as well as a storage tank. if the fridge is set too cold the tank or filter will freeze. causing blockage. Try setting fridge to 38 deg or higher for a couple of days. should melt blockage

If they both stopped working at the same time you probably have a blocked water line or bad water valve.

Yes. But LG came out with a new frame for the funnel. So you have to order the funnel and the frame which is installed through your front control panel. Good Luck I just did it.
